... In the Hawaii Bowl, which was played late on Christmas Eve night, the home team Rainbow Warriors blitzed BYU for 31 first-half points to take the lead in the Bonus Question race. With only one-quarter of this year's 40 bowls completed, FAU is currently in 2nd place (28 points), and UCF and BYU are tied for 3rd (24). Hawaii's performance knocks goliath24's bet (FAU-win) and two contestants' UCF-Place bets out of the running. But USM06's FAU-Place, BlazerFromMD's BYU-Show and four players' UCF-Show bets are hanging on with no margin for error. Good luck to all!!

Yay! Thanks, ICB!!
Bonus-wise, there are no leaderboard changes change after today's two bowls. While LaTech & Miami threatened not to score at all, Pitt & Eastern Michigan seemed to ignore defense altogether for a while. But EMU scored only 20 in its first half, which is 4 points short of the current "Show" score.

Iowa's 28 first-half points against the USC Trojans tonight in San Diego eliminates UCF and BYU (24 points) from Bonus Question consideration. Hawaii leads with 31; FAU also scored 28 first-half points.
